Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 50 g spinach
- 40 g cheddar or feta cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt, pepper
Instructions:
- Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter in a pan and sauté the spinach for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the eggs and cook on low heat until set.
- Sprinkle with cheese and fold the omelette in half.
