Cheesy Spinach Omelette

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g spinach
  • 40 g cheddar or feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt, pepper

Instructions:

  1. Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a pan and sauté the spinach for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour in the eggs and cook on low heat until set.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and fold the omelette in half.
