
Ingredients:
- 300 g raw salmon
- 1 tbsp butter
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 200 g broccoli
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Steam or blanch the broccoli in salted water for 3-4 minutes.
- Melt butter in a pan and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds.
- Place the salmon in the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
- Serve with broccoli drizzled with olive oil.
