- 50 ml heavy cream (30%)
- 1 tsp erythritol
- 100 g blueberries
Instructions:
- Mix the crust ingredients and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12-15 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone with heavy cream and erythritol.
- Spread the mixture over the baked crust, top with blueberries, and refrigerate.
