Instructions:
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until soft.
- In a baking dish, mix heavy cream with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cauliflower, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
