Chicken with Zucchini & Pesto

Ingredients:

  • 150 g chicken breast
  • 1 small zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tbsp green pesto
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken breast for 5-6 minutes on each side.
  2. Add sliced zucchini and cook for another 3 minutes.
  3. Mix in pesto, stir, and serve.
