Keto Tuna & Avocado Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of tuna in water
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise (sugar-free)
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • 1 small pickled cucumber, diced
  • Salt, pepper, optional chives

Instructions:

  1. Mash the avocado with a fork, then mix with mayonnaise and mustard.
  2. Add the drained tuna and diced pickled cucumber.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, and optionally sprinkle with chives.
