Ingredients:
- 1 can of tuna in water
- 1 avocado
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise (sugar-free)
- ½ tsp mustard
- 1 small pickled cucumber, diced
- Salt, pepper, optional chives
Instructions:
- Mash the avocado with a fork, then mix with mayonnaise and mustard.
- Add the drained tuna and diced pickled cucumber.
- Season with salt and pepper, and optionally sprinkle with chives.
