  • Baked Cauliflower with Cheese & Cream

    Ingredients:

    • 200 g cauliflower
    • 30 g cheddar cheese
    • 50 ml heavy cream (30%)
    • ½ tsp garlic powder
    • Salt, pepper

    Instructions:

    1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until soft.
    2. In a baking dish, mix heavy cream with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
    3. Add the cauliflower, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.

  • Lemon Butter Salmon with Broccoli

    Ingredients:

    • 300 g raw salmon
    • 1 tbsp butter
    • Juice of ½ lemon

    • 200 g broccoli
    • 1 tsp olive oil

    Instructions:

    1. Steam or blanch the broccoli in salted water for 3-4 minutes.
    2. Melt butter in a pan and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds.
    3. Place the salmon in the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
    4. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
    5. Serve with broccoli drizzled with olive oil.
